Actress, Juliet Ibrahim broke the news on Instagram on Monday, January 19, 2015 just a day after the death of Nollywood actor, Muna Obiekwe who died of the same ailment.
The Shattered Romance actress said she has donated funds to the actor whose dialysis cost $100 three times weekly and has pleaded with kind-hearted citizens to also join hands in helping the actor.
‘My last donation to veteran actor Nii Odoi Mensah who is now a chronic kidney failure patient. He is in need of your help he has lost both kidneys. He has been going through this all alone till he realized he alone can’t be able to pay his hospital bills which cost per dialysis 100 usd 3 times a week for the rest of his life,’ Juliet wrote.
A notable actor in Ghana, the veteran actor was a regular feature on Ghanaian TV screens in the 90s and early 2000s.
