Beenie Man is NOT dead.
News started circulating online on Tuesday claiming that the dancehall king has died, but those reports are false.
The website which started the false rumours was tracked and it turns out to be a satire site that will not be mentioned or linked back to. The site posted a breaking news on its front-page sending dancehall fans into a panic.
Although the dancehall act was diagnosed with Zika Virus two months ago, which has since been treated or we think.

We reached out to Beenie Man’s camp but they were unavailable for comments.
But the singers rep earlier said the singer is in good health and doing well.
‘This is just another false report maybe because the Doc just drop his album but no worries he is alive and well,’ his rep said.
Beenie Man recently released his album Unstoppable last week Friday.
