The incident occurred after the street food vendor refused to sell fish to him, saying it was only for people buying food from her.
According to eyewitnesses, the mobile policeman Mohammed was reeking of alcohol, and he assaulted a female customer who was also buying food, throwing her into nasty pond water.
In the video clip, Mohammed is seen drawing a rifle and pointing it at one of the women. He also fired one round of ammunition into the air and was backed-up with the presence of a second MOPOL officer.
A crowd of bystanders and pedestrians can be heard shouting their displeasure at both officers.
