28 days gone already, and father-of-one, Michael Zuane has become the third housemate to be sent packing from the BB house.
At the live eviction show which featured a performance from Angola’s Cabo Snoop, ‘Headsmate Michael was shown the exit doors while Bernadina was sent to the ‘tails’.
Three contestants have so far been evicted: Jossy, Nkuli and Michael; while Lotus was ejected on day 19.
Chatting with fans via the Big Brother Facebook page minutes ago, Michael says ‘I enjoyed Big Brother a lot! It’s a different experience and if anyone has a chance just go for it it’s entertaining and it’s good’. ‘I’m single, and what attracted me most to Sharon was the way she was so defensive and her eyes… there was something behind her eyes that i always wanted to know…’ he said in response to queries from Facebook fans.
Here’s how the Big Brother website captured Michael’s eviction:
The mood in the Heads House was very sombre after Michael’s Eviction. The Tails House was the complete opposite.
Vimbai seemed gutted about Michael’s Eviction. When the Mozambican Housemate was told to pack his bags and leave, Vimbai burst into tears and made a beeline for the bathroom where she sat, sobbing uncontrollably.
Vina and Hanni tried their best to comfort her.” You had to switch. It’s not your fault. It’s only a game,” they told her. About an hour later, she was back to her normal self, laughing and joking around with the girls.
Sharon, who quickly ran and gave Michael a kiss as he walked towards the Eviction doors, expressed how grateful she is at having been saved. Vina also seemed shocked and spent hours trying to figure out how she survived. Over in the Tails House, the mood was very different. The gangs were evidently excited at the new addition. Karen in particular had fun asking Bernadina all kinds of questions. “Has Wendall said anything about me,” she asked. It is an open secret in the Heads House that Karen has a crush on Wendall. Bernadina quickly settled in and told the gang how unmoved she was by some of the Heads’ fake tears. ”Felicia cried and I know she was genuine. We were close. However, the others were just being fake,” she said.
Sharon was unafraid to indulge in some champagne, to celebrate surviving her first possible Eviction.
The show will end on July 31.
