Make-up artist, Vlada Haggerty, has the most amazing lip art yet, and Kylie Jenner and her cosmetics team are clearly as fascinated as we, as she’s twice now been accused of stealing the Los Angeles-based make-up artist’s work.
Vlada specialises in using matte and liquid lipsticks and other cosmetics, along with random cut-outs, to create the most beautiful lip art ever.
