Emma Ugolee spends Christmas on dialysis machine

For a while now, Nigerian broadcaster Emma Ugolee has been battling kidney ailment and has been on dialysis treating it.

Emma, who was a star at Minaj TV in the early 2000s, quit his TV job for a lucrative offer in the telecoms industry. He’s now finalizing plans to make a return to TV with a new show called ‘The Gist’, which will start airing on HIP TV from January 2016.
He’s however spending his Christmas on a dialysis machine today.
He shared a photo of himself in the hospital on Instagram with the caption, ‘No Nollywood movie. That’s how I am spending today. I ain’t asking for pity because I definitely ain’t feeling sorry for me.’
‘The smile is not plastic. I am asking you to be grateful about where you are at and what you have today. Just as I am grateful that the sign post on the door here doesn’t read “mortuary”. The best gift ever is still life. Love it , don’t stress it’, the caption continued.
