The group which consist of rappers and vocalists, started performing in church in 2012 and have grown in those few years to become worthy members of the next generation of rap stars to rule the Nigerian Hip Hop kingdom.
With their brilliant single ‘Famous’, they garnered a total of 1,688 votes and won the hearts of thousands of fans on Star Music App.
Dope Boyz will get to showcase their skills on The Trek stage and also work with Jesse Jagz, while getting support from Cool/Wazobia FM and several gifts from Airtel.
Others performing on The Trek are second-placed Davoiz, whose club-banger ‘High Me’ got 590 votes and Tomex Da Legend who got 351 votes with a beautifully-delivered R&B performance on ‘Run This Town’.
