Nollywood actor, Emeka Ike has spoken out about the affirmation of the 5-year jail term AGN president, Ibinabo Fiberesima was sentenced to following her 2006 manslaughter case.
Emeka, who has been at loggerheads with Ibinabo over the presidency of the Actors Guild of Nigeria, told Olisa TV that he had nothing to do with the actor’s sentence, neither is he happy about it.

‘I should not be assumed to be happy with the present travail of Ibinabo Fiberesima,’ Emeka Ike said.
He continued, ‘We are in court on the matter of our guild, the Actors Guild of Nigeria, not on the issue of death or motor accident. I don’t wish jail for her.’
He however couldn’t help but also speak about their existing feud.

‘Ibinabo has been impersonating to be the president. I am the president. I only want her to vacate the office. If she has a case and jailed for it, it has nothing to do with me,’ the actor said.
Ibinabo Fiberesima on Friday failed in her bid to have a 5-year jail sentence for a 2006 manslaughter upturned. In a judgement delivered by Justice Jamilu Yammama Tukur, Ibinabo was found guilty of reckless driving which led to the death of a Lagos doctor, Suraj Giwa in 2006.
