Davido’s new track ‘Gbagbe Oshi’ sounds very similar to CDQ’s ‘Gbagbe Oshi’

After an 11-month hiatus, Davido released a fresh track off his EP. But just how fresh is it – or the idea at least?

‘Gbagbe Oshi’, the lead single off his much anticipated Son of Mercy EP, sounds very similar to a song by a lesser known artiste by the name Korrect. That ‘Gbagbe Oshi’ features CDQ.

Now we know both Korrect and CDQ do not have the resources that Davido does, but their version came out in April, over five months before Davido did his.

We’re not saying he copied or anything, but don’t they kinda sound alike?
