David ‘Davido’ Adeleke hosted hundreds of guests at the launch of his debut album ‘Omo Baba Olowo: Genesis‘ at the Expo Hall of the Eko Hotel and Suites on Sunday, July 22, 2012.
The approximately four hour concert featured performances from the 19-year-old pop star with his HKN Gang members B.Red and Sinarmabo, as well as Kay Switch, Sauce Kid, Naeto C, who tied the knot a day before, and a surprise performance from D’banj.
Some other performers include Rayce, Iyanya, Orezi, DRB, May D.
Davido’s billionaire dad Deji Adeleke and business mogul Aliko Dangote were also in attendance.

i went 4 d album launch and i was impressed by the fact that a lot of hit artists performed .
but i wasnt impressed with davido’s own performances because he lip-synched throughout.
ne rarely used his natural voice. not hating on him but i would like him to take voice trainings so that he can have the necessary confidence.
