Chocolate City signs Canada-based artiste Dice Ailes

Chocolate City label has unveiled its first signing of 2014, Canada-based artiste Dice Ailes (pronounced as Ale-s).

Ailes, who is of Nigerian and Ghanaian descent, is a rapper and singer. He is currently a third year University undergraduate in Canada.

According to Dice’s profile on the Choc City website, he met up with label V.P M.I in 2013 and fostered a relationship, which eventually led to his current signing.

In 2013, the label lost two vital artistes – uber talented producer/singer/rapper Jesse Jagz and vocalist Brymo. However, Choc City still fields a talented crop of acts including rappers M.I, Ice Prince and Pryse, Pop singer Victoria Kimani, Gospel singer Nosa and disc jockey DJ Caise.
