Chelsea’s 2015-2016 Champions league journey has come to an end following a painful defeat at the hands of visitors, Paris Saint-Germain at Stamford Bridge.
The Blues, who are not in contention for the English league title, continued their woeful run against PSG tonight with Adrien Rabiot and Zlatan Ibrahimovic crushing them at home for the French side led by Laurent Blanc.
Adriot opened scoring in the 16th minute but Diego Costa equalised 11 minutes later which sent the match to a lone draw in the first half.
Zlatan however handed the visitors the much deserved win with his impressive strike in the 67th minute to set the scores 2 – 4 on the aggregate in favour of the visitors and send Chelsea packing from the competition it won in 2012.
