The 77 year-old German creator of the Chanel brand said he never thought it was possible to love an animal the way he loves his 22 months old cat, Choupette.
According to Daily Mail, the fashion guru stated in an interview with CNN’s Fashion Week: Backstage Pass that, much to his disappointment, ‘there is no marriage, yet, for human beings and animals… I never thought that I would fall in love like this with a cat’.
Choupette who has about 27,442 followers on its twitter handle @Choupettesdiary also has two personal maids to provide 24-hour care for her and write down everything she does in little books so Lagerfeld can catch up on it later.
