Cally Ikpe Loses Father

Cally Ikpe, Founder of Livebeats, lost his father yesterday Morning July 14.

In a Blackberry broadcast message to friends, the producer-presenter, obviously shocked beyond words, simply said: ‘Friends, my moment of grief. My  father just died this morning‘.

His father, Pa Simon Ikpe, passed on in a hospital at Makurdi in Benue State at the age of 67. He was diabetic.

‘He had been on admission for a few days now and was reported to be recuperating he even spoke with Cally on the eve of his death‘ one of Mr Ikpe’s associates tell us.
