Britney Spears has secured a $7.4m luxury mansion in Thousand Oaks, a city in California, United States.
According to TMZ, the singer reportedly completed the deal last week.
The five bedroom property on a 13,264 square foot land also boasts of a pool, tennis court, and a three-hole golf course.
Britney, who has a number of homes in Malibu, Beverly Hills and Hollywood, is currently living in a rented accommodation in Las Vegas.
