British GQ has finally announced the personality chosen as its Best-Dressed Man of 2014 and it was a surprise to many.
So many GQ readers had thought it would be either Prince George or Idris Elba but we hate to burst your bubble, best-dressed man of 2014 is the newly-wed Eddie Redmayne.
According to the head of H&M menswear design, Andreas Löwenstam, ‘this charismatic young actor manages to make any wardrobe staple look contemporary and stylish. Eddie’s ability to get his outfits so right with a mix of modern casual wear and a tailored classic makes him a true inspiration within men’s fashion.’
British GQ also added that ‘he has become one of the country’s most admired clotheshorses. He even makes Stephen Hawking look every inch a Hollywood star.’
Prince George didn’t even make the top 10 at the end of it all, instead making his debut at No. 49 on the list.
