According to reports, the 27-year old model who had spent almost a month in intensive care fearing she would lose her legs after fillers led to the bursting of her muscles by triggering a life-threatening infection, is back in the hospital.
She recently went through an emergency operation to remove the substances from her left butt cheek as her leg and even life are said to still be at risk.
Speaking with the press personnel on her hospital bed in Sao Paulo, Andressa Urach admitted she is to be blamed for pushing the limits to get a plastic surgery down but says she prefers to lose half a buttock than lose her life.
‘I am suffering a lot, but God is with me. It’s my fault, my vanity made me push the limits, Thanks to God I no longer need my body to work, now I work with honour and can sustain my family like that. I prefer to have legs and be able to walk and lose half a buttock than to die.’
Andresssa Urach became popular after emerging 2nd runner up in the popular Miss BumBum competition in 2012.
