Singer Oritse Femi has been in the news lately, more because of his wedding which happened in late November than for his music. He has seized every opportunity, trending topic or event in the industry that has happened since then to brag about the success of his wedding.
Coincidentally or not, his wedding with his beautiful wife Nabila happened on the same day Banky W and Adesua Etomi had their destination wedding in South Africa.
Latest on his bragging spree is him comparing the popularity of his wedding over every major concert that has happened in the country this December which should include Wizkid’s, Falz’s, Olamide’s OLIC4 and Davido’s #30BillionConcert.
This has not gone down with a lot of people as many people have dragged the artist over his comments, and that the wife was unfortunate to marry search a childish man. Some even suggested that the wife could perhaps have been hookah before they got married because if not, they see no reason why a woman as beautiful will get to marry such a man.
These comments have not gone down with Nabila and she took to her Instagram to address those comments. In a short but detailed post, Nabila shares some of her qualifications and achievements as a woman and called for the end of slut-shaming of women. In summary she wants everyone to put some ‘respek’ on her name.
