Rapper and ex-husband of Whitney Houston, Bobby Brown is presently working on establishing a charity for women affected by domestic violence, in honour of his late daughter Bobbi Kristina.
Bobbi died in July, six months after being found unresponsive in the bathtub at the Atlanta home she shared with her boyfriend Nick Gordon, who has been accused by Bobbi’s conservator of physically abusing her.
Speaking on the debut episode of ‘The Real’, he explained: ‘It’s a place that I’m building – that we’re just starting to build – that I feel is needed. Because if I could have been there two days before anything happened to my daughter, it wouldn’t have went down like that.’
Bobbi’s mother Whitney died in similar circumstances in 2012.
