Brown, who, according to City News Service, was missing from the Court hearing was represented by an attorney who pleaded on the singer’s behalf to ‘misdemeanour counts of DUI, driving with an illegal blood-alcohol content and driving on a suspended license’.
Reports say Brown, former husband to the late Whitney Houston might face up to six months if found guilty.
Brown was arrested on March 26 by California Highway Patrol for taking a phone call while driving before the Patrol found out he was drunk.
