Ace comedian, Basketmouth got a pleasant surprise after running into a woman identified as Irene Nwoko who paid him N800 way back in 2000.
The amount was paid for him to perform at the engineering department dinner in University of Benin at the time.
And Basketmouth expressed his gratitude to her for believing in his brand, saying, ‘So I bumped into Irene Nwoko, the lady that paid me N800 to perform at their engineering dinner back then in Uniben…..this was in 2000. Thank you for believing in my brand name.’
