Nigerian R’n’B singer and Empire Mates Entertainment boss, Banky W has revealed that his decade-long battle with Cancer is finally over.

In an hour-long Instagram Live Session with TheNETng, Banky W has however revealed that although he is still in a little pain, the ailment that troubled him for years is finally clear.
While answering questions from one of his fans, he said ‘the good news is that I did get my pathology tests back and I am completely in the clear. Although I am still in a little bit of pain, I give all the glory be to God. But people in Nigeria greet very aggressively, so when people see you they want to tap you on the back; it is getting better’ an enthusiastic Banky said.
As much as Banky W is thankful to God for life, he never fails to give credit to his wife and nurse, Adesua Etomi for being there for him in his trying moments. He wrote last year ‘I’m especially thankful to my Nurse Susu for loving me and being by my side every step of the way – I don’t deserve you, my parents and siblings, in-laws and close friends for the love, support and prayers’.
