This week, the organisers officially kicked off plans for the second edition of music talent show Nigerian Idol.
And, although we’re yet to get any official communication, different sources told us today, that R&B star Banky W is being considered to host the second season of the show.
It’s not likely the organisers are retaining 2011 hosts Anis and Misi.
And a full page advert in THISDAY yesterday, showed they’re throwing all position open for general pitches this year.
A source close to Banky says ‘he was contacted for the first edition, and I hear it’s being mentioned again now. But nothing serious yet‘.
