Nigeria-born international music star, Bukola Elemide popularly known as Asa, has been resident in France for a while but the talented soul singer has headlined shows and gone on tours all over the world. But close observes are aware she’s yet to stage any major concert in Nigeria.
After her stellar performance at the recent Future Awards Africa 2014 in Lagos on Sunday, December 7, 2014, Asa has admitted that the time is ripe for her to stage a major concert in Lagos.
Thinking aloud, the singer took to social media stating: ‘Concert in Lagos is long overdue, picking a date.’
Asa released her 3rd studio album, Bed of Stone in September 2014 and she has since been going on tours around the world to promote the 14-track album.
