Angelina Jolie felt ‘hurt’ by Golden Globes snub.
The 39-year old actress was feeling ‘upset’ on Sunday, January 11, 2015, as she missed the prestigious awards ceremony in Los Angeles, still reeling over ‘Unbroken’s exclusion from the extensive list of nominations.
A source revealed: ‘Angelina’s hurt. She’s been upset that the film was overlooked.’
The film – directed by the actress – tells the story of Olympic athlete, Louis ‘Louie’ Zamperini who is taken prisoner in Japan during World War II, and follows his struggle to endure the difficult conditions.
A member of the Hollywood Foreign Press Association revealed the movie would have made the shortlist in previous years due to ‘star power alone’ but added the film wasn’t quite good enough to warrant a nomination this time.
The source told the New York Post’s Page Six column: ‘A few years ago, she would have been in.’

Tim, may I recommend connecting with William Bernstein in regards to possession allocation. He
has penned both “The Intelligent Asset Allocator” and “The Four Pillars of Investing” and is rather of an MVP to
geeks following the asset allotment and personal financing worlds.
He was a practicing neurosurgeon who started a financial consulting company on the side, an interesting
individual to be sure … and supremely very objective when it pertains to monetary
issues.LikeLike
