A Place in the Stars by Steve Gukas beat Kunle Afolayan‘s October 1 to the coveted Best Movie (Drama) award at the ongoing AMVCA 2015 ceremony.
The movie, released in 2014 like Kunle’s movie which was widely expected to win the award, is a much talked about feature film starring a number of Nollywood popular names and emerging talents.
For winning the award, Steve will get a N1m cash prize and 6 months free supply of drinks from sponsors, Amstel Malta.
