
The former ladies’ man went public with his positive H.I.V status in November 2015 and he has apparently been paying the price of the revelation.
Speaking at a press conference in promotion of condoms by LELO HEX on Thursday, Sheen joked his status has kept the ladies away.

‘Right now I couldn’t get laid in a women’s prison with a handful of condoms,’ he said according to The Mirror. ‘I’m not dating, I’m spending a lot of time with my family.’
The new staunch safe-sex advocate also spoke of his regrets not to have taken precautions during his sexual romp, and says his dating approaches have changed as it’s no longer about his ‘interests’ or ‘folly.’
‘Hey, I’ve got HIV — busy later?, he joked. ‘It is what it is, and I don’t want to make light of it, because it’s no longer about my interests and my folly, it’s about the other person, it’s about protecting them and just being open and responsible.’
‘There’s times when I think about, you know, what if? What if just those one or two times I didn’t succumb to that awkward moment, or feel like, ‘This is going to interrupt something passionate’, and I had taken the time?’ the 50-year old ‘Wall Street’ actor further said.
