Nigeria’s female national team, Super Falcons have come to the end of their journey at the ongoing FIFA Women’s World Cup in Canada.
The ladies lost by a lone goal due to an impressive finish by Abby Wambach in the 45th minute. The Nigerian side would not be moving to the next round after getting just one point from three matches.
This is the fifth time both sides would be meeting at the World Cup with the scorecard reading 0 for Nigeria and USA winning all five encounters.
