It has been allegedly reported that Samuel Eto’o refused to take part in an afternoon training session with his new club, Sampdoria which was scheduled by the head coach, Sinisa Mihajlovic.
According to reports, the coach had scheduled two training sessions on Monday, February 2, 2015, one in the morning and another in the afternoon as punishment for the team’s performance following the 5 – 1 defeat in their last Serie A game against Torino.
The former Everton striker who has spent less than a week with the club after signing, left the morning session with the manager’s consent but reportedly did not return for the afternoon session.
Meanwhile, neither the Italian club nor Eto’o, who played in 5 – 1 defeat, has said anything relating the reports.
