Afia, who is peeved with the negative comments levelled at the ‘Legelege’ singer, took to her Facebook account on Wednesday, February 18, 2015, to caution fellow Ghanaians hitting out at Mzbel.
‘Why are some Ghanaian’s like this…so you wanted her to lie? Christians must learn to be tolerant…Mzbel is a Jewish n She worships God directly not thru Jesus Christ,’ she began.
Speaking further, she said: ‘Enough of the insults, because you don’t even know if Jesus is the real deal till we all get to heaven, just because we grew up knowing only Jesus doesn’t necessarily means other religions are wrong and stop fighting unnecessary battle for the lord for his name is mighty warrior, if he is mad he will react on his own.’
Mzbel, whose real name is Belinda Ekua Amoah, made the revelation on Ghanaian TV show, Restoration saying she used to believe in Jesus Christ but changed at some point.
