Earlier in the week, the 56-year-old actor ignorantly posted a picture of the dancehall act who is notoriously known for her fashionable nose-ring beside a picture of a cow.

After being attacked for obviously shading Morgan, the actor claimed he didn’t know who the singer was. This stance he maintained in a recent chat with Punch.
Although Yemi claims to have heard some of Morgan’s songs, he maintained he doesn’t know her in person and wouldn’t hesitate to say it to her face.
‘I am too old for all that. I was just creating fun; I did not even know who the person was. I did not know she is a Nigerian. I posted about 15 pictures that day that I thought were funny including that one. I know the name Cynthia Morgan and I have listened to her songs but I don’t know her facially. If she reaches out to me, this is the exact same thing I will tell her. I don’t know her.’
He is no a stranger to cyber backlashes however, as he recalled the time Wizkid got attacked for leaving a harmless comment on his family photo.
‘There was a time I released a picture of my family and I in Arsenal jersey and Wizkid commented on the photo that he was jealous of my family. People just picked it up and because he said he was jealous, they decided to unleash terror on the boy. They asked why he was envious and they began to abuse him telling him to go and get married,’ he recalled.
