The award season has started with announcing of nominess for the forthcoming Screen Actors Guild Awards (SAGs) by Anna Faris and Anthony Mackie.
The award ceremony will hold on Saturday, January 30, 2016 in Los Angeles.

Leonardo DiCaprio and Eddie Redmayne will go head-to-head as they battle it out, alongside ‘Black Mass’ star Johnny Depp.
Best Actress
Cate Blanchett was nominated for her lead role in ‘Carol’, but will have to fight off firm competition from ‘Women in Gold’ star, Dame Helen Mirren.
Best Supporting Actress
Helen Mirren, who’s also up for the Best Actress gong, will be competing alongside Kate Winslet that got a spot in the category for her supporting role as Joanna Hoffman in ‘Steve Jobs’, Rooney Mara for ‘Carol’, and two others.
Best Supporting Actor
Nominated his role in ‘Beasts of No Nation’, Idris Elba will be facing off Christian Bale who got a slot for role in ‘The Big Short’, and 3 other actors.
Outstanding Performance By An Ensemble in a Drama Series
‘Game of Thrones’ will go head-to-head with ‘Homeland,’ ‘Downton Abbey’, ‘House of Cards’ and ‘Mad Men’ for the category.
