The 11th edition of the prestigious Headies award is fast approaching and seeing as the glam and glitz of the red carpet is one of our favourite parts, we decided to do a compilation of some of our favourite looks from the last two editions of the show.
Here are 11 looks we have absolutely loved and look forward to seeing a bit more of at this year’s ceremony.
1. Kunbi Oyelese – Headies 2014
The designer stunned in this beautiful dress from her brand, April by Kunbi to the 2014 edition of The Headies award show.
2. IK and Sofia Ogbonna – Headies 2015
The couple looked super gorgeous as they stepped on to last year’s Headies, holding hands and looking so in love, they gave us goals all through the night.
Ik’s dark blue suit was a perfect match for Sofia’s brown dress that complemented her skin perfectly.
3. Toke Makinwa – Headies 2014
2014 host, Toke Makinwa, came ready, changing 3 times, but this gorgeous green dress by Toju Foyeh stood out. She slayed!
4. Emmanuel Ikubese – Headies 2014
Former Mr. Nigeria, Emmanuel Ikubese stepped out in this double-breasted suit that showed why he’d earned the Best Dressed Man in The World title at the 2014 Mr World contest.
5. Victoria Kimani – Headies 2014
The singer looked drop-dead gorgeous in a sleek black dress that perfectly showed off her to-die-for figure at the 2014 edition of the Headies awards.
She topped all the best-dressed lists for that year.
6. D’Prince – 2014
The ‘Take Banana’ singer looked handsome in this red suit that was a perfect fit for his chiseled body.
That white shirt peeking from underneath was the perfect finish.
7. Toolz Oniru – 2014
The then single OAP broke necks when she stepped out in this divine black dress that hugged her famous curves perfectly.
The gold belt clenched on her waist was the perfect finish to the already perfect look. Way to go, Toolz!
8. Lola Oj – Headies 2014
The beauty blogger kept it simple, yet classy in a black jumpsuit paired with a gold belt and matching black shoes.
9. Temi Dollface – Headies 2015
Temi kept stayed true to her beloved vintage style as she paired a gorgeous skirt with a top and a tiny lacy jacket placed over it.
Her hair was adorned with a pretty flower that reminded us of the sunset.
10. Bovi – 2015
Comedian, Bovi looked dapper in a dark blue suit, paired with black pants and matching classy shoes that gave him a graceful air.
11. Dr Sid – 2014
Dr Sid, like his label mate, stepped onto the 2014 Headies red carpet in a red suit that suited him to the teeth.
He looked all shades of dapper.
