Yesterday (August 24), M.I Abaga released his long-awaited fourth studio album titled ‘Yxng Dxnzl’. Upon its release, it immediately became the number 1 trending topic on Twitter and fans also interacted about the project on IG using the album title ‘Yxng Dxnzl’ and #YxngDxnzl.

1. We gathered that up to 9.6 million unique Twitter and Instagram users across the world have seen the word ‘Yxng Dxnzl’ between July – Today (August 25).
2. The hashtag #YxngDxnzl which was the number one trending topic on Twitter NG throughout the morning hours of yesterday has been seen by up to 8.4 million unique users on Twitter and Instagram combined.
3. Did you know that women have very little interest in hip-hop? Based on the stats we have gathered, the percentage of females who have participated in the discourse about the Yxng Dxnzl album is just 7.8. The conversations about the project are being led by men, 92.2%.
4. Android users are the real MVPs. They led the conversation about M.I Abaga’s ‘Yxng Dxnzl’ album. iPhone users come second and the remaining 12% came from Desktop and other devices. The highest form of engagement about the album was through retweets.
