Van Vicker is currently using crutches and undergoing treatment at Sunshine Hospital in Ghana, after getting injured during the Ghanaian Independence Day football match between Ghanaian and Nigerian actors on Thursday, March 6, 2014.
The actor was one of the eleven players that represented Ghana at the Kumasi Sport Stadium. However, he was substituted after he got injured.
The Ghanaian actors defeated the Nigerians three goals to one.
Van Vicker is one of the prominent actors in the African movie industry. He has also directed and produced a few films.
