Spinlet, an outfit known for promoting and distributing digital music in Nigeria is set to host gospel music lovers to an elaborate fusion of Nigerian sounds and rhythm tagged Gospel Night Live.
The gospel event which is in her second edition will hold on Thursday, June 28, 2012 (tomorrow) at Rodizzio night club on 29 Isaac John Street, GRA, Lagos at 9pm.
The Chief Marketing Officer of Spinlet, Mark Redguard confirms the outfit’s involvement in hosting the event. According to Redguard, ‘Gospel Night Live is one of the many innovative initiatives driven by Spinlet. For us, the business of music transcends the common ‘songs versus artists’ syndrome’.
‘Spinlet is all about empowering and connecting people and providing proactive platforms where artists, both upcoming and established, can showcase their talent. With Gospel Night Live, we’re not only reaching out to the Christian community but all lovers of Nigerian gospel music on a platform where they can not only enjoy their music but also relate with their favourite artists in a really great and relaxing environment’.
He also noted that, ‘Gospel Night Live is free for all guests, however, all guests must provide a unique entry pass, download the free Spinlet application on their phone which can be downloaded from the company’s website’ www.spinlet.com
The maiden edition of Gospel Night Live played host to Midnight Crew, Covenant Brothers, Nikki Laoye, Jedi, MI (who made a surprise appearance) and other artists witnessed a massive turnout from excited fans that were eager to see their favourite artists.
