Soul singer, Lami Philips is an unhappy customer right now.
The beautiful singer recently fell victim of a missing luggage incident on her recent trip back to Lagos from the US via Air France.
Obviously not satisfied with the way the matter has been treated by the airline, the singer has vowed never to fly the airline again, saying ‘Never travelling with @airfrance again. My luggage is missing and their staff has been very unhelpful!!!!’
The singer left the shores of Nigeria for a two weeks vacation in London on Monday, August 18 and returned on Sunday, August 31, 2014.
Just as she landed at the airport, her first tweet reads ‘Touchdown Lagos, 1 hour in and I’m already stressed. 1 bag missing, construction at airport, foolish contingency plan with inoperable carts lined up and poor people lining up to get in a crappy small shuttle and excess traffic as arrivals lane is shut.’
It’s now been 10 days since she returned to the country and her missing luggage is yet to be found as she furiously tweeted: ‘Help locate my luggage o! There’s a bunch of us. Please tweet @airfrance and ask where is @lamiphillips luggage. please also use the #badcustomerservice #badbaggage service . I would usually be quiet but there’s a number of us on that flight. If any blog is following me please help. Had this happened to me back home in the States. There would be a clearer picture. It’s Lagos so they don’t care!!!’
