Nollywood actor/director and politician, Desmond Elliot has declared that he ‘overwon’ at his polling unit in Surulere. The movie star is in the race for a seat in the Lagos State House of Assembly under the APC.
Desmond Elliot made this known on Twitter when a fan asked if he won at his polling unit and he responded in the affirmative although he didn’t provide specific details or figures.
In his words: ‘Bro over win for my polling unit’ as he also dispelled reports that his party, APC didn’t do well in Surulere by sharing photos of his fans celebrating over what they call ‘the outcome of today’s victory’.
