The problem about an artiste forming a crew is that he/she puts the future of his/her entire career in the hands of others. But when the group suffers a setback, what happens? While some careers have blossomed after fall-outs (check 2face Idibia, eLDee), others have failed to gain prominence.
Young singer X-Tee faces the same ordeal but is ready shake off any jinx with his music which sounds pretty good. The younger singer who broke out from a singing group ‘Slo-X‘ years back used to be singer and drummer in the church. His love for music started way back as a kid but he always wanted to express it.
‘Mo reke‘ produced by Ex-O is a mid-tempo pop styled track. The infusion of Yoruba language over the traditional drumming makes it quite danceable. Very rhythmic.
