Redguard is a product of widely different cultures. The Jamaica-born, Rutgers University-trained music aficionado has in less than five years in Nigeria carved a niche for himself in the Nigerian music industry.
Working as Chief Marketing Officer, Redguard has helped position Spinlet as Nigeria’s foremost digital music company.
Before moving to Nigeria, Redguard had worked with the likes of Michael Jackson, Whitney Houston, Jennifer Lopez, Jazzy Jeff & Will Smith as his clients; as well as working on projects with Universal Records, EMI, Sony, Warner and VP Records.
He tells us he’s now focused on his one passion: working through Spinlet to help develop NIgerian talents while enthroning a structure that makes sure they can generate revenue within the digital space and expose their works to a global market.
