According to The Hollywood Reporter, the rapper and entrepreneur will link with ABC to produce a new scripted comedy about the life of his former assistant Sarah Snedeker.
It will be titled ‘The Hustle,’ and chronicle Snedeker’s journey from small-town-bred assistant to executive at Revolt Films. Along the way she’ll encounter all the crazy antics you’d expect from a glamorized version of show business. The script will be co-written by Jeremy Garelick (The Wedding Ringer) and will be Co-executively produced alongsid Diddy.
Diddy is not the only one with an ABC show in the works. John Legend has sold a romantic comedy called ‘Ordinary People,’ inspired by his relationship with wife Chrissy Teigen, and Nicki Minaj is currently developing a comedy series for ABC Family based on her own life.
