Just few days after putting his Malibu property up for sale, Hollywood actor Leonardo DiCaprio is ready to let another property go.
The Wolf of Wall Street star is ready to part ways with his Studio City crib in San Fernando Valley.
Leonardo bought the modest looking house back in 2014 for just over $2m and is asking for $2.4m (about N750m), which will earn him a $345,000 profit if he’s able to sell the house at that price.
Along with the four bedrooms, the house – which was built in 1937 – also has three bathrooms, a lovely kitchen and a huge backyard with a pool.
