Today makes it exactly eight months and nine days since Susan ‘Goldie’ Harvey passed away in one of the most shocking and controversial ways…
The Pop singer would have turned 30 yesterday (October 23, 2013).
The passionate and hardworking performer who worked for many years, aspiring for fame, stardom and success left us all in shock when she passed away on February 14, 2013 in Lagos, leaving millions bewildered.
Pundits say the singer, who was plotting a firm ‘Africa Invasion’ would have risen to a top five position on the female artistes league in 2013, if death didn’t come knocking so soon.
Goldie was fresh out of the Big Brother Amplified reality show and had become a household name in a number of African countries. Her ‘Skibobo’ single was a crossover appealing tune with the video amassing 8 times the number of hits each of her previous video had and this was before her death.
