French-Canadian model Gabriel Aubrey has been arrested after a fight with Halle Berry’s current boyfriend Oliver Martinez.
The fight reportedly took place yesterday in the Oscar winning actress’s Hollywood Hills home.
The 37-year-old has been booked for investigation and may be charged for battery and misdemeanor.
He’s said to have been released on $20000 (N3.14M) and he’s scheduled to appear in court Thursday, December 13, 2012 according to reports.
Berry and Aubrey have been involved in a custody dispute involving their 4-year-old daughter.
The 46-year-old stunning actress has been dating French actor Olivier Martinez ever since she broke up with Aubrey.
