With Ghana Commercial Bank (GCB) facing criticisms for their old fashioned styles despite being named the richest bank in the country, the bank is set to rebrand its services in a manner that catches everyone’s fancy.
While bidding to employ female celebrities with big and impressive behinds to achieve the company’s new agenda, the bank is ready to embrace a modern marketing strategy after re-branding into GCB Limited alongside a new logo.
Information has filtered out that the bank is making plans to employ curvaceous celebrities like Victoria Hammah, Joselyn Dumas and Peace Hyde as ambassadors.
Speaking with Omg Ghana, a bank official revealed:
‘Will you resist if Peace Hyde, Joselyn Dumas or Victoria Hammah walks into your company to advise you to come save or take a loan with GCB, definitely not, right? That is what we want to achieve. These women are admired by both sexes for their assets therefore we deem it as a very good strategy to bring them on board our company to help push our brand and our youth agenda.’
The official also said they have been contacted about their involvement which they seem to be pleased with.
‘We have spoken to then and I can confidently tell you that they are also excited for this opportunity. They are not going to be GCB ambassadors, they are going to be staff of GCB, so don’t be surprised if very soon you walk into any of our branches and meet any of these women behind our desks serving clients.’
