Drake’s new chain costs more than what most people earn in a year

A video has emerged of Drake trying on his new chain and it’s the kind of thing that a pirate’s dreams are made of.

The chain, made by celebrity jeweller, Ben Baller, was delivered to Drake in Manchester as he continues his tour of the United Kingdom.

And the Canadian rapper looked bloody well chuffed with the new piece, as the Brits would say.

According to TMZ, the chain is made from almost a kilo of gold and is adorned with black, green and yellow diamonds.

The video that Ben Baller shared to his Instagram shows the chain sparkling as it’s removed from its packaging.

It didn’t come cheap, though, with TMZ reporting that the chain cost around $100,000, which is about N31m.

And the rapper doesn’t looked fazed!

Drake later posted another picture in mockery of CeeLo Green‘s costume to the Grammys.
