Britney Spears will make a surprise appearance at the MTV Video Music Awards on Sunday, August 30, 2015.
The singer is reportedly being lined up to present the first award of the evening at the star-studded music ceremony in Los Angeles, reports E! News.
Miley Cyrus will host this year’s awards show, which will see Kanye West presented with the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard award. The prize has previously been awarded to Britney and Beyonce.
Performances on the night will come from The Weeknd, Demi Lovato, Nicki Minaj, Pharrell Williams and Justin Bieber.
