Reports coming out of the camp for flood victims in Benue suggests it has now become a sex haven as occupants and outsiders now engage in sexual activities.
It is also reported that some individuals come into the camp under the guise of donating relief materials only to bed some of the flood victims.
Condoms and blood stained panties were also reported to have been found littered in the camp.
