On Sunday, Amber Rose held her second annual SlutWalk Festival that seeks to provide a safe space for women to share their stories of sexual assault and slut-shaming, as well as protest those ideas.
Instead, the event was crashed by protesters who hurled abuse at the procession.

The celebrity model and mother of one, Rose hosted the festival to protest with thousands of rape survivors and other supporters of her movement.
But the real protests came shortly after from a group of Christian picketers who held signs that read, ‘Repent or Perish’ and wore shirts stating, ‘God hates U just the way U are’.

Despite the unexpected visitors, many of the Slut Walk attendees didn’t seem pay much attention. The crowd, mostly made up of women and a fair number of men, were dressed in various forms of flimsy dressing from t-shirts to lingerie, danced around and partied along with Amber Rose and other celebrity guests including her friend, Blac Chyna.
Other marchers held up signs such as ‘Don’t tell me to cover up’ and ‘No Means No’.
It would be recalled also that Nigerian rapper and record exec, Eldee had earlier tweeted out his disgust for movements such as this. According to him, it is unfair to prop up ‘hoes’ as model women to celebrate.
