Nollywood actor, Yomi Fabiyi, has been heavily criticised by fans for sharing photos of grieving actress, Remi Surutu, who buried her daughter on Thursday, July 6, in Ikoyi, Lagos.
Surutu lost her daughter, Ayo, after the 21-year-old succumbed in her long battle with sickle cell anaemia.

Fabiyi meanwhile had shared some photos of Surutu being visited by MC Oluomo and Koko Zaria, as well as former Nigeria national team goalkeeper, Dosu Joseph, on his Instagram.
But a number of IG users felt he should not have done this, adding that he was simply seeking attention at a grieving person’s expense.
In his defense, Fabiyi wrote, ‘If you throw stones at every dogs that barks, you will not get to where you are going.
‘I naturally like to see people express themselves and I build my HR strength by replying not that most comments is as vital going by my responses.
‘But the moment some now want to use the opportunity to start a party of evil? I don’t dignify with a response. Anybody could [be] behind this, and the only 2 persons I can exonerate are my mother and the deceased in this.
‘Whether right or wrong, since my intentions are clean, and a larger percentage have used the opportunity to express their sympathy, others are entitled to their opinions.’
